Outboard and stern drive gear cases can be pressure tested with the S-34. If leakage is apparent due to loss of lubricant, merely pressurize the unit and inspect for signs of seepage. If none is apparent, inspection of the shift rod and driveshaft seals is called for. Following repairs, gear cases can be checked before filling by pressurizing and submerging in the test tank. Includes adapter for testing the intermediate housing on OMC Sterndrives.
