These Propellers are made by Power Tech in Shreveport, LA. The RAS blade style is the same geometry as the Mi Wheel Rapture which has been replaced by the Apollo Series (made in SE Asia).

The RAS is a square hub propeller and compatible with the Mercury Flo TorqII and Michigan Wheel XHS hubs.
